Before the Event
1. Download iQOO Office Kit
This is mandatory. iQOO Office Kit connects your phone to your laptop — screen mirroring, file transfer, remote control. Pre-download it before arriving. Its usage is tracked by HackTracker and directly impacts your score (25% of judging).
2. Choose Your Track
Study the problem statements in advance:
- AgentKit — Best for teams with LLM/agent experience
- CampusOS — Best for Android/mobile dev experience
- BrandForge — Best for teams with social media/content AI experience
- Open Innovation — For teams with a unique idea that doesn’t fit the tracks
3. Brush Up On
- On-device LLM deployment (quantized models, ONNX, TFLite)
- Android development (Compose or XML)
- Prompt engineering for mobile-constrained contexts
- iQOO Office Kit pairing workflow

Scoring Breakdown
- iQOO Office Kit Usage (25%) — HackTracker buildScore. More phone-bridge time = more points.
- Phone-First Execution (25%) — Demo must run on the iQOO phone. Native feel matters.
- AI-Native Build (20%) — Quality of AI integration, not bolt-on. Model choice, latency on mobile.
- Problem Fit (20%) — Does it solve the PS? Would a real user use it?
- Craft & Pitch (10%) — Top 10 only. Clarity, polish, defending trade-offs.

Pro Tips
- Start with Red Light in mind — Design your architecture phone-first. Don’t plan a laptop build and try to port it.

- On-device LLM > Cloud API — Judges reward on-device intelligence over cloud calls.
- Team of 2-3 is ideal — One mobile dev, one AI/ML person, one for UX/pitch.
